This is the best death-doom I've ever heard. You have to go back to early Incantation to find anything close to the level of execution achieved here. The musical arrangements are deeply complex and layered, which means you discover something new with each listen. I think there's something about the variety of tempos and experimentation with different types of composition that make it supersatisfying. And it's a headbanger.

Out of the 5 great albums this is still the best one, because it delivers this fun and groovy horror vibe. Tvangstanker is a neckbreaker in my book. Undergang is easily the best new band from the 2000s. Death Metal as it should be.
